Amy
I am a certified Structural Integrator, Thai Yoga practitioner, and advanced myofascial therapist with certifications in Manual Lymphatic Drainage and Neuromuscular Reprogramming.
Throughout my evolution in the field of massage and bodywork, I have continued to refine my touch and expand in my awareness of the body's instinct to self-correct and regenerate energy for healing. A majority of my manual therapy and movement education is in the application of structural release techniques to restore whole body alignment and biomechanics efficiency. The modalities I use the most in session offer subtle shifts to the fascial network in order to communicate safety to the rest and digest system. I include muscle energy and mobilization techniques to strengthen the transformation and flow of circulation.
I enjoy thinking and learning about how bodies work on my feet, on the mat, and on the dance floor.
Bridget
Bridget is a light to moderately firm massage therapist. She is a problem solver and employs a variety of techniques to best serve her clients, whether they are seeking pain relief, increased range of motion or relaxation. These techniques include Swedish (including stretching), energy, Trigger Point Therapy (particularly psoas, infraspinatus, and piriformis releases), Myofascial Release, Upledger CranioSacral Therapy, Integrative Reflexology, hot Himalayan Salt Stones, and Nurturing the Mother Prenatal Massage.
She is particularly known for her effective neck and shoulder work which, while it is thorough, is also gentle and relaxing. She is able to provide suggestions for products and stretches that will support her clients' wellness plans. Her intention for every massage is to serve the client's greatest good and she ends each massage session with the intention that the client go forth in good health, happiness, peace and safety.

Emily
I graduated from Advanced Massage Therapeutics here in Louisville. I am trained in traditional Swedish Massage, Deep Tissue massage techniques, Injury Assessment and Treatment and integrated Anatomy and Physiology through the program. I am currently a teacher’s assistant at the massage school and am working towards becoming an instructor.
I taught 5th grade for 3 years and as an educator, I am a nurturer at heart and enjoy creating a safe space for people. Massage therapy allows me to set an intention and “listen” with my hands. It is very rewarding to help people feel stronger physically, mentally and emotionally through therapeutic touch.
I specialize in deep tissue massage, practicing trigger point therapy to release tight knotted muscles, relieving pain, stiffness and discomfort. I incorporate these techniques especially to overworked muscles..
Gallie
I approach every client with gentle and kind regard and strive to create an atmosphere of comfort, safety, and relaxation. My forte is Swedish Massage therapy, which focuses on relaxation, stress relief, and pain management. I believe that the mind and body are connected, and Swedish Massage techniques are used to create harmony.
In addition, I offer expertise in deep tissue and sports massage techniques.
I find massage therapy extremely rewarding, and I enjoy knowing that I positively impact people's lives.
Outside of massage therapy, I'm a gamer, and I enjoy spending quality time with my wife and dogs.
Karen
As I became a licensed massage therapist, I received confirmation of what I’ve always known, “The human touch is very important to a healthy Life.” Through practicing techniques like Swedish, myofascial release and deep tissue I learned the technique of communicating with the body to help facilitate healing and wellness. This has become a passion.
With techniques of:
Swedish massage, I work to relax and calm the skin, encouraging muscle response and help bring the body into a parasympathetic state.
Deep tissue massage, I work to smooth out the stress within the muscle and encourage blood flow to the tissues and to bring the tightness from within out.
Myofascial release I do a very slow, deep massage used to facilitate circulation, and release stiffness to the fascia throughout the body. I dive deeper into the skin, layer by layer.
My hobby is finding ways to connect with all things, finding the positive beauty in the universe and trying to understand the complicated and /or negative.
My love is the smiles of children and elderly. They are the most vulnerable yet they seem to understand more than mo
Libby
My greatest asset is the ability to listen to what each client needs and what the body is telling me as a massage therapist. This translates into me providing client centered massage. I enjoy holding space for the individuals who come to see me.
Massage is my third career path. I graduated from University of Louisville in 1987 with a BSBA in Marketing. My next career was becoming a mom of two great kids. While they were young, I was introduced to Yoga and Reiki. The mind, body, spirit connection led me to Louisville School of Massage and graduated in 2007. I have worked and maintained my Kentucky massage license since then.
Maggie
I have been practicing therapeutic bodywork since 1988. My education journey began at the Florida School of Massage (Gainesville) where I received a Florida State Massage License in March 1989.
In 1997, I was given the opportunity to create an Oncology Massage Program within a new Cancer Resource Center here in Louisville. I developed an Oncology Massage program for all areas of Oncology services including infusion, bedside, and private on-site appointments for both patients and caregivers. I hired and trained a team of Oncology massage therapists. This team collaborated for the next 27 years circulating pediatrics, adolescent, and adult Oncology units in 4 hospital locations.
In addition to Oncology Massage I am certified in Manual Lymphatic Drainage (MLD) Vodder Method. I have worked with many clients experiencing chronic Lymphedema and general edema. Every “body” system benefits from an assist to Swiffer “clean” the body. MLD is excellent for detoxing heavy metals and medications.
I have filled my toolbox with many hands-on healing modalities and continuously fine tune my holistic approach to each individual client in front of me. I am available by appointment offering Oncology Massage, Manual Lymphatic Drainage, Jin Shin Jyutsu, and Biodynamic cranial sacral sessions. I look forward to meeting you!
My hobbies include long distance hiking, all things Pilates, music festivals and enjoying time with family and friends.
Marlee
I have been a licensed massage therapist for 6 years, with a love of therapeutic massage. I enjoy working with each client helping to ease pain through massage.
I also will provide stretches to support the client’s continued health after our session when necessary. I do a lot with Swedish, Deep tissue, Craniosacral and reflexology massage.
Outside of massage therapy, I love reading, drawing, playing video games and spending time with family and my dog.
Morgan
I am best at a loving and thorough massage. I incorporate therapeutic with relaxation, accessing healing through the mind, body, and spirit. I have a way of working effectively with the muscle tissue without using aggressive and forceful pressure. I listen to the body and work with what the body is willing to release at that time.
I am attentive with what each client is needing and saying. I work with the client before the sessions begins to form an effective treatment plan for our session. I use dynamic cupping as a tool to help break up adhesion within the muscle tissue that may be causing tension. My pressure typically runs between light to medium but can use firm pressure if the body needs or allows it.
I also am a certified Reiki Master and love to help assist clients with their healing journey.
Rachel

I have specialization in Oncology Massage, Craniosacral Therapy, Reflexology, Swedish Massage and in practice for Jin Shin Jyutsu with 8 years of experience. I share self-care recommendations with clients to maintain harmony in the body, mind and spirit.
