Late Arrivals

​A late arrival for your appointment will deprive you of valuable treatment time. However, our highly skilled therapist will give you the allotted time that is left from your original scheduled appointment time.

Cancellation & No-Show Policy

​If you must reschedule your appointment, we request 24 hours in advance. This time is reserved just for you and if the appointment is not cancelled, we are unable to offer the time slot to another guest. Regretfully, if we do not receive a cancellation notification, you will be charged the FULL cost of the massage treatment. Thank you for your understanding.

Harassment Policy

Keeper of the Well Massage Health & Wellness is committed to providing a safe and respectful environment for all Clients/Therapsit. Harassment of ANY kind, including but not limited to sexual harassment, is STRICTLY prohibited. Harassment is defined as any unwelcome behavior that creates an intimidating, hostile, or offensive environment. This includes, but is not limited to, comments, messages, or actions that are sexual in nature or that target an individual’s gender, sexual orientation, or personal characteristics. All clients/therapists are expected to treat one another with respect and dignity. We STRONGLY encourage reporting any incidents of harassment, and we will take appropriate action to investigate and address any complaints. By using our website and receiving our services you agree to adhere to this policy and understand that violations may result in immediate removal from the platform and possible legal action.

Gratuities

​In appreciation of outstanding service, gratuity is customary and may be given to your massage therapist at your own discretion to them directly or when paying for your service.

Gift Cards

Gift Cards are a perfect gift for any occasion or as a thank you. Gift cards can be purchased at our front desk. We apologize that lost or stolen cards cannot be replaced and have a 1 year expiration date from the date of purchase. Our gift cards are non-refundable for cash.

Communication

For your protection, please inform us of any medical conditions or other special needs that may require our attention to make your visit a pleasant one. Prior to the start of your service, please tell your therapist how they can best help you. Communication is key to receive the best care we have to offer.

Silence Cell Phones

​We want Keeper of the Well to be a relaxing and tranquil environment for all our guests. We request you silence your cell phone upon the arrival of your scheduled appointment and for the duration of your visit. Respect for ALL our guests and for your own relaxation is our greatest desire. Thank you for your cooperation.
